Holiday Greetings, My Loves,
With the holidays upon us, have you been working hard to craft the “perfect” experience for the people you love? It can be easy to become consumed by year-end obligations and holiday festivities, leading to burnout. Sometimes I don’t even notice until I’m fully toasted. How about you?
This weekend was the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year and the official start of winter. Solstice reminds us to slow down and nourish ourselves. If you haven’t taken the time yet, please do something special for yourself. Here are some ideas, and if you’d like a longer read, please visit my recently launched Substack:
- Light candles
- Gather with your loved ones
- Run a bath (add Epsom salts and or herbs)
- Watch holiday movies, read, or craft.
Holiday cheer is more easily shared when your cup is full. May your cup runneth over, with health, hope, and happiness.
Gift of Wellness
If you’ve been hoping to have a Wellness Consultation for some customized care and would like to hint to someone you love that you want that as a holiday gift, or you’d like to gift a session for a loved one. You can do that here! If you write a note that it’s for a gift I’ll email you a pretty gift certificate. Even though the link says online/by phone we can arrange an “in-person” meeting.
Special Offerings For You xox
On Saturday, January 10th, 2026, I’ll be holding a special afternoon workshop at Full Circle Gardiner,“Vision Boarding and Herbs for Manifesting Positive Change”. Vision boarding is an act of remembering who you are becoming. It’s where dreaming meets planning—and where planning becomes manifesting. It’s the energetic alignment that says: your desires are already on their way. Incorporating the magic of the plants elevates the experience and weaves the power of our workshop into your life, as you drink our herbal tea, in the days that follow. Register here for an intimate afternoon with kindred spirits!

Women’s Wellness Circle
Dr. Tonya Pasternak and I are creating a Winter Women’s Wellness Circle at her beautiful store/practice, Remedy in Water Street Market, New Paltz. It will be a cozy, supportive space for connection, reflection, and nourishment during the winter months. If this speaks to you, please reply to this email and let me know. I’ll reach out to those who are interested to gather feedback about this special creation.
